Our small group training sessions at Elite Medical Exercise in Austin, TX are thoughtfully designed to support long-term physical function, resilience, and confidence in movement. Experience a safe and encouraging workout environment with our Medical Exercise Group Class. Classes consist of a group of five-to-nine individuals, guided by one of our Medical Exercise Specialists. The group class keeps the focus on education surrounding joint health, mobility, stability, and strength with proper movement of your body inside and outside of the gym.
